All members of GC went to Plata High School, Benji and Joel graduated in 1997.
Benji and Joel used to get prank phone calls from kids pretending to be record companies.
Benji and Joel once thought they invented a new chord, only for their music teacher to explain, "Thats a C chord, it's been around since Beethoven."
When Benji was in grade school he dressed up as Mike D on rock star day.
The bands first photo shoot was shot by Benji and Joel little sister. The photos were sent as a promotional package with a demo and a note saying, "You can sign us now for cheaper or you can sign us later."
Benji has a list of career goals.
Benji ans Joel are identical twins although Benji is heavier. They born 5 minutes apart.
When Benji and Joel wrote "Little Things" Benji wrote stuff about their dad. Joel did not want to sing it. They argued about those lyrics.
Joel says that while he sings "Little Things" he blushes.
A fan onced walked up to Joel and bit him, to get his attention, he was not impressed.

GC named themselves after a childrens book called " Good Charlotte". The book is about a little girl named Charlotte, who was bullied all the time, her nanny loved her alot and called her Good Charlotte. But they thought the book sucked.
Benji used to sneak backstage at concerts he went to. He would pretend to be sick or something.
GC write their songs on acoustic guitar, usually just jamming.
Billy tattoed his first tattoo on Benji
Lars from Rancid gave Benji a mowhawk.
Their dog Cash is named after Cassius (a.k.a. Muhammad Ali).
Paul has a brother named PJ.
Benji's nose piercing was a Christmas gift.

Before the band was GC, it was the " Joel, Benji and Brian Band". Brian had to drop out due to conflicting schedules, so in came Aaron, Paul then later Billy.
Billy was in a band called "Overflow" before he joined GC.
Benji hates it when people interupt him on his way to soundcheck.
Joel uses Mentadent toothpaste.(how do ppl get this information?)
The tattooes on Benji's knuckles say 'made man' (it's from a movie).
Their tourbus has Flordia license plates.

Good Charlotte was banned from the Waldorf "My Brother's Place" for a while.
Paul gave Benji an x-box for his 23rd birthday.
After the twins got kicked out of their apartment, they moved into Billy's house. One day, Good Charlotte coaxed him into joining in an im-promptu practice. A week later, Billy played his first show with the band.
A demo of "The Little Things" made its way to Philadelphia modern rock station WPLY (Y100) and broke a record on the station's show of dueling songs. "For fifteen nights we won 'til they had to retire us," says Joel. The buzz around Good Charlotte was deafening. After being courted by a variety of labels, they finally signed with Epic Records.

In Middle School, Billy had braces.
When the Madden brother were young, Joel learned to ride his bike before Benj did. Benji got jealous and pushed Joel off his bike while going down a hill. Joel had to get 22 stiches.
